Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band dependent out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his childhood pal, Spencer Smiths (drums), consisting of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
